Originally commissioned by the Metropolitan Borough of Chelsea in 1963 to designs by Eric Lyons, World’s End Estate was seen through after 1965 by the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea. The ‘architectural expression’ of the finished design was principally down to Lyons’ partnership with HT Cadbury-Brown.
